How it works

See how RetJet works in practice, for the customer and for the store.

For the customer

How the customer submits returns and warranty claims through RetJet.

  1. Online request, no login needed

A short request form. Just the order number and email are enough to match the order.

  2. Sending the parcel without printing

After submitting the request, the customer picks a shipping method and handles the whole process in one place.

  3. Tracking and notifications

The customer can relax and wait for a decision, kept up to date on its status the whole time.

For the store

How RetJet supports return handling at the store.

  1. Early detection of returns

The dashboard shows returns and inbound shipments on their way, including ones that were never reported.

  2. Identifying shipments

Scan the label or search by its number. Fast, easy parcel receiving without mistakes.

  3. Processing and deciding

The store processes the request and decides how to resolve it. Exchange, voucher or refund in a few clicks.

FAQ

  • What does implementing RetJet in my online store look like?

Implementation is remarkably simple! After registering, you connect your store (e.g. Shopify, Shoper, PrestaShop, WooCommerce or BaseLinker) with a one-click integration or an API key. The whole thing usually takes under 10 minutes.

  • I have a lot of returns. Does RetJet make sense at scale?

Yes — it centralizes handling in one dashboard, saves time and reduces mistakes.

  • I handle returns from Allegro, my own store and an OMS. Can it all be pulled into one place?

Yes — one dashboard brings every channel together with consistent statuses.

  • I want to improve customer service around returns. Does RetJet actually speed up the process?

Yes — you get earlier visibility into parcels, simple printerless returns and fewer mistakes.

  • I need to measure returns and their handling costs. Are there reports?

Yes — reports on volumes, times and costs, broken down by channel and carrier.

  • Parcels from many carriers arrive at our store and it isn’t always clear where they’re from. Can you help?

Yes — label-based identification matches the parcel to its case and channel.

  • I want to know in advance what’s on its way to us, so we can prepare. Is that possible?

Yes — in-transit monitoring also shows parcels without a return request.

  • Do I have to use RetJet’s courier contracts, or can I use my own?

You have complete freedom! You can connect your own contracts with InPost, DPD, DHL or other couriers, so you keep your negotiated rates. If you don’t have your own contracts, you can use RetJet's very competitive rates instead.

  • Do customers have to print a paper return label?

No! RetJet supports printerless returns (e.g. QR codes for InPost Paczkomaty lockers and drop-off at pickup points). The customer gets a code on their phone and simply drops the parcel off at a locker.

  • Does RetJet meet GDPR requirements and EU Directive 2023/2673?

Yes. RetJet meets the highest standards for personal data security (GDPR) and is fully aligned with EU legal requirements on consumer rights and the right of withdrawal, including Directive 2023/2673 and the withdrawal button it requires.
