Identifying parcels by their label
RetJet recognizes shipments by their label number and uses it to identify the return and the order.
At receiving, all it takes is scanning the label or QR code. RetJet has a dedicated page where the search runs by label. You know what’s inside the parcel already at the moment it “enters” the warehouse. That makes receiving faster and error-free, and every shipment lands in the right process.
How it works
- A scanner or the camera in the app reads the label number or QR code.
- The system matches the parcel to the case and automatically updates its status.
- For deliveries with many parcels, you can use batch mode and scan them one after another.
- If a parcel has no request, an “identification needed” case is created so nothing gets lost.
