One dashboard for all RMA requests
One shared place for returns and shipments, whatever the source. Allegro, your own store, or maybe InPost Szybkie Zwroty? All of it, in one place.
RetJet gathers returns and inbound parcels from different channels in one place: your online store, marketplaces (e.g. Allegro), and carrier solutions such as “Wygodne Zwroty” or “InPost Szybkie Zwroty”. Your team no longer has to switch between several panels. Every case has the same set of statuses and follows the same flow, no matter where it comes from.
This is what the industry means by an RMA system: one place where every return and warranty claim request is visible, without switching between panels. The abbreviation comes from the English “Return Merchandise Authorization”.
How it works
- Connections to sales channels and carriers feed RetJet with information about requests and parcels.
- Every case lands in one working view with unified statuses (e.g. “New request”, “Accepted”, “Processing”, “Closed”).
- The view can be filtered by channel, status, type and date, among other things.
What the store gains
- One place of work for the whole team, and less risk that a case “disappears” from the process.
- Shorter handling time, because there’s no manual matching of data across systems.
- Full history of the case, which makes audits and dispute resolution easier.
Example
On one screen you can see the number of parcels by channel (e.g. Allegro, your store) and by status. The operator knows today’s volume in advance and is ready to receive it. At the moment of receiving, they check the delivery against the list. There’s no need to check the Allegro panel and the carrier panel separately: everything is visible in RetJet.
