Packeta, known in Czechia as Zásilkovna, runs a dense network of pickup points across Czechia, Slovakia, and other countries in the region. For Polish stores selling into Central Europe, it’s often the simplest way to reach buyers who don’t want to wait for a courier at their address.
Integration status
Packeta integration with RetJet is planned and not yet available. We don’t give a date until we’re sure we can keep it.
If selling into Czechia and Slovakia matters to you, let us know. We prioritize our work partly based on what customers ask about most, and a request also means we’ll notify you once it launches.
What you can do right now
Before the integration is ready, you can handle returns from neighboring markets through Wygodne Zwroty or DPD, present across Europe.
The return form works regardless of carrier, so the handling process itself stays the same.
