FedEx is a courier specializing in express and international shipments. Stores turn to it where a guaranteed delivery date matters, or where the goods being shipped are valuable enough to need constant tracking.
Integration status
FedEx carrier integration with RetJet is planned and not yet available. We don’t give a date until we’re sure we can keep it.
If shipping returns through FedEx matters to you, let us know. We prioritize our work partly based on what customers ask about most, and a request also means we’ll notify you once it launches.
What you can do right now
Until the integration is ready, you can handle returns through Wygodne Zwroty, InPost Szybkie Zwroty, or DHL, which also handles international shipments.
The return still lands in the same dashboard either way; only the carrier the customer ships with changes.
