eBay Returns Management
Handle eBay returns in RetJet together with requests from every other sales channel. Direct eBay integration is planned.
eBay is one of the oldest marketplaces in the world, used by Polish stores mainly for selling abroad. Handling returns from this channel can be more demanding than from domestic channels: requests come in from several markets at once, and the shipment takes longer to come back.
Integration status
Direct eBay integration with RetJet is planned and not yet available. We don’t give a date until we’re sure we can keep it.
If selling on eBay matters to you, let us know. We prioritize our work partly based on what customers ask about most, and a request also means we’ll notify you once it launches.
Handling eBay returns today
You can handle eBay requests in RetJet right away, together with returns from every other channel. Orders reach the system automatically if you sell through BaseLinker or Sellasist, both of which we integrate with.
The request then links itself to the order and lands in the same dashboard as everything else. International sales stop being a separate process run outside the system.
Selling directly on eBay
For direct sales without an intermediary, there’s Basic Integration for now. The return form works, just without automatic order recognition: the buyer enters the order details themselves, and the request lands in the dashboard the same way as any other.
