The customer enters the order number and email address, and RetJet confirms them in the store and shows the purchased products. The query goes to WooCommerce only at that one moment, so your server doesn’t carry any ongoing background traffic.
The form doesn’t need a plugin either. You get a ready-made address that works right away, and if you want it on the store’s page, you embed a short script wherever you like or hook it to a button that opens a popup.
