Shopify Returns Management
A Polish return process for a Shopify store: local carriers, printerless shipping, and handling in one dashboard.
Shopify is a subscription-based store platform. The store runs on the provider’s servers, so you don’t have to worry about hosting, updates, or security. That’s convenient, but it also means some processes are shaped around American standards.
What connecting to RetJet gives you
Returns are a good example of that gap. A Polish customer expects a parcel locker and printerless shipping, while the store has to settle the fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
RetJet adds a process to Shopify built for these local realities, without replacing the sale itself.
How it works in practice
The customer submits a return through the form, providing the order number and email address. RetJet recognizes the order in your store and fills in the product list. Further handling, communication, and warehouse receiving then run inside the RetJet dashboard.
You make the form available without touching the theme. You can use a ready-made address on our side, embed the form on a chosen page, or open it in a popup from a button in the menu.
