Shoper Returns Management

Returns management for a Shoper store: order recognition, drop-off at a parcel locker, and every request in one dashboard.

Shoper is a Polish subscription-based store platform. A store launches on it without developer help, which makes it a common choice for companies growing their online sales without their own IT department.

What connecting to RetJet gives you

A store platform is designed around sales, not around what happens after them. You can usually log a return in it, but rarely manage one: there’s no status tracking, no contact history, and no view of shipments in transit.

RetJet adds that part, using the data you already have in Shoper.

How it works in practice

The customer provides the order number and email address in the form. RetJet confirms them in your store and shows the purchased products to choose from. The request lands in the dashboard, where you run it through to warehouse receiving and settlement.

The customer reaches the form however you decide: at a ready-made address on our side, through a form embedded on the store’s page, or through a popup opened by a button. The choice doesn’t affect how the request is handled afterward.

What changes in day-to-day work

  • Returns run in a tool built for exactly this.
  • One view, if you sell through more than just your own store.
  • A form with no login and printerless shipping.
  • Earlier information about shipments heading to the warehouse.
  • Customer communication logged with the request.
