SellRocket Returns Management
Returns from marketplaces handled in SellRocket, in one RetJet dashboard, without manually searching for orders.
SellRocket is a Polish system for handling orders from multichannel sales, with integrations including Allegro and Amazon. Orders from different platforms land in a shared dashboard and are processed there by the same rules.
What connecting to RetJet gives you
SellRocket organizes everything that happens up to shipping. Returns come later and usually fall back to manual handling: someone has to find the order, confirm the purchase, and keep track of whether the parcel came back.
Connecting to RetJet closes that stage with the same logic you already apply to sales.
How it works in practice
Submitting a return triggers a single query to SellRocket for the given order. The customer picks products from a ready-made list, and the case appears in the RetJet dashboard together with returns from every other source.
The form doesn’t require any setup on your side. You start with a ready-made address, and if you later want it in the store, you add a short script or a button that opens a popup.
What changes in day-to-day work
- Orders from every marketplace run in SellRocket available to the return form.
- No manual order lookup for every request.
- The customer ships the parcel themselves, without printing a label.
- Visibility of shipments on their way back to the store.
- Communication and warehouse receiving within the same request.
