PrestaShop Returns Management
Returns management for a PrestaShop store: automatic order recognition, printerless shipping, and one dashboard for every request.
PrestaShop is an open-source store platform, installed on your own server. It’s one of the more popular ones in Poland and across Europe, especially among stores that want to avoid a monthly software subscription.
What connecting to RetJet gives you
Letting customers submit returns themselves only makes sense if it doesn’t end up creating extra work for your team. If every request then has to be looked up in the store and its line items copied out, the saving is only apparent.
Connecting to PrestaShop removes that step. The order is recognized right away, and the request arrives complete.
How it works in practice
The form only needs an order number and email address. RetJet checks them in your store and fills in the product list, so the customer doesn’t retype anything by hand, and you don’t get requests with typos in product names.
You don’t need to rebuild your store for this. The form works at a ready-made address on our side, and if you’d rather have it on your own site, you embed it with one script or open it in a popup from any button.
What changes in day-to-day work
- Requests arrive with correct order data, with no manual checking.
- You handle the entire return outside the store panel.
- The customer ships the parcel without a printer or a label.
- You know about shipments in transit, including ones reported after the deadline.
- Contact history stays with the request, not scattered across an inbox.
If your store uses Cloudflare, it’s worth checking its request-blocking settings. We cover that in the guide.
