How it works in practice
The customer provides the order number and email address in the form. RetJet confirms them in Linker Cloud and shows the purchased products to choose from. The request already knows what it’s about, so the warehouse doesn’t receive an anonymous parcel.
The form works regardless of where you place it. You can give customers a ready-made address on our side, embed it in the store with one script, or open it in a popup from a button.
