How to connect Linker Cloud

Linker Cloud gives RetJet access to order history, so the return form can recognize a customer’s request. You need two things: an API address and a key with read-only permissions.

What you need

• your Linker Cloud account’s API address,
• an API key with read-only access.

Generate an API key in Linker Cloud

The key is created in the Linker Cloud dashboard, in the section for API or external integrations. Give it a name you’ll recognize and limit its permissions to read-only. Write access isn’t needed, because RetJet doesn’t change anything in Linker.

Setup in RetJet

1. Log in to RetJet.
2. Go to the “Sales channels” section.
3. Add a new sales channel, “Linker Cloud”.
4. Enter the API address and key, then save the channel.
