InPost Returns Management

Shipping and tracking InPost returns in the RetJet dashboard, with the shipment linked to the request from the moment it's dropped off.

InPost is the largest parcel locker network in Poland and, for most buyers, the default way to send parcels back. Dropping off without a queue or opening hours removes the most common reason for putting a return off.

What connecting to RetJet gives you

A return shipped outside the system is, to the warehouse, a parcel with no history. Someone has to open it to find out what it’s about, and only then match it to the request.

Once connected, the shipment carries that information from the start, and you know about it before it even arrives.

How it works in practice

The customer picks InPost as the return method right in the return form. RetJet saves the shipment number, links it to the request, and tracks its way back to the store.

This integration covers only the return leg of the parcel. It doesn’t pull orders or any data about your sales.

What changes in day-to-day work

  • The customer drops off the return at a parcel locker, at any time.
  • Every parcel has a number linked to a specific request.
  • You see shipments heading to the warehouse before they arrive.
  • Warehouse receiving happens on a request that already says what it’s about.
