How it works in practice
A customer’s request triggers a single query to your store. RetJet finds the order by its number, confirms it with the email address, and fills the product list into the form. The rest of the process runs on our side.
You can make the form available three ways: at a ready-made address on our side, embedded in a chosen spot on the store, or as a popup opened by a button. The simplest option requires no change to your site at all.
