Integration status
eMAG integration with RetJet is planned and not yet available. We don’t give a date until we’re sure we can keep it.
If selling on eMAG matters to you, let us know. We prioritize our work partly based on what customers ask about most, and a request also means we’ll notify you once it launches.
What you can do right now
Before the integration is ready, you can handle eMAG returns through Basic Integration. The form, dashboard, labels, and shipment tracking all work the same way; the customer just enters the order details themselves.
It’s also worth checking whether your multichannel sales system already pulls orders from eMAG. If it does, you only need to connect that system.
