How to connect Wygodne Zwroty

Wygodne Zwroty connects as an add-on, not a sales channel. Setup takes only a few minutes, but you first need to get two values from Wygodne Zwroty.

Request access data

Contact Wygodne Zwroty support and ask for:

• the mailboxHid identifier assigned to your account,
• API access with “logistics operator” permissions, if you want to use automatic shipment tracking.

Without logistics operator permissions the integration still works, but with limited scope: RetJet will create the shipment, but won’t fetch its statuses.

Set up the add-on in RetJet

1. Log in to RetJet.
2. Go to the “Add-ons” section, then choose “Wygodne Zwroty”.
3. Enter the mailboxHid identifier.
4. Enter your Wygodne Zwroty login and password to enable shipment syncing.
5. Save the settings.

The login and password are optional, but they’re what enables the two most useful features: automatic status tracking and fetching returns created outside the RetJet form.
