How to connect BaseLinker

The connection needs a single access key generated in BaseLinker. Read-only permissions are enough, because RetJet only checks orders without changing anything in them.

Generate a key in BaseLinker

1. Log in to your BaseLinker account.
2. Go to “Settings”, then to the “API” section.
3. Choose “Create new API key”.
4. Give it a name you’ll recognize, and set the permissions to “Read only”.
5. Save to generate the key, and copy it.

Add the sales channel in RetJet

1. Log in to RetJet.
2. Go to the “Sales channels” section.
3. Add a new sales channel, “BaseLinker”.
4. Paste the key and go through the steps of the channel wizard.

From then on, the return form recognizes orders from every channel you run in BaseLinker.
