Allegro Returns Management

Returns from Allegro handled together with returns from your store. Multiple accounts, requests submitted on the platform, and return settlement in one dashboard.

Allegro is the largest marketplace in Poland and, for many stores, the main source of orders. Selling there follows the platform’s own rules, and that includes returns: the buyer knows Allegro’s process and expects it.

What connecting to RetJet gives you

A buyer on Allegro usually doesn’t have an account in your store, and the only trace of the transaction is the order on the platform’s side. Without a connection, handling these returns runs separately, in a different panel and by different rules than returns from the store.

RetJet brings both paths together into one, without taking away Allegro’s role.

How it works in practice

The connection is set up through account authorization, so there’s no key to copy over. Access renews itself later on its own.

Allegro is also the only channel from which RetJet also pulls returns submitted directly on the platform, not only those filed through the form. You settle the payment refund within the integration, without switching to the Allegro panel.

You make the form available at a ready-made address you can share with buyers in a message or in the listing description. If you also run your own store, you embed the same form on its page or open it from a button.

What changes in day-to-day work

  • Returns from Allegro and from the store on one list.
  • Requests submitted directly on the platform also reach RetJet, so nothing slips through.
  • Refund settlement without leaving the dashboard.
  • Multiple Allegro accounts handled in one place.
  • Printerless shipping and tracking for the return shipment.
