The entire return process is digital. The customer completes a short form on the store’s domain (no login), selects the items and the resolution (refund, exchange, or store credit). The system immediately provides a drop-off code or a shipping label. The parcel can be sent from a pickup point, handed to a courier, or dropped at a parcel locker – no printer and no paper forms.
How it works
- The form links the request to the order using the order number and email address.
- After the customer selects items and a resolution, the system generates a drop-off code or label.
- A link to the request status and details is emailed to the customer, so there’s no need to contact support.
- Once dispatched, the parcel appears in in-transit monitoring and then in intake.
What the store gains
- Fewer mistakes at handover and fewer support inquiries.
- Faster matching of the parcel to the correct case, because the request and shipment are linked from the start.
- A consistent, predictable returns workflow.
Example
The customer completes the request in three minutes, scans the drop-off code at a parcel locker, and it’s done. In the panel, the request and its linked shipment are visible immediately.
