RetJet shows how many parcels are heading back to the store as returns and how many have already arrived. This makes it possible to plan work in advance, prepare the receiving area, and continuously verify that nothing has gone missing. The customer doesn’t have to submit a return request for the parcel to appear in the system – if they use specific shipping system directly, RetJet will still detect it, display it in the panel, and match it by label.
RetJet also helps with unidentified parcels (“UFO” parcels) – the warehouse can use a simple form to quickly attach such a parcel to the correct case.

How it works

  1. Connect carriers – add the operators your store uses.
  2. Fetch dispatched parcels – the system collects in-transit data and displays it in the panel.
  3. “In transit” list – see the parcel count, source channel, carrier, and (when available) the estimated delivery date.
  4. Automatic handoff after delivery – once delivered, the parcel moves to intake and verification.
  5. Expected vs. received – a comparison highlights discrepancies that need follow-up.

What the store gains

  • A reliable view of workload for today and the coming days.
  • Fast detection of shortages – know how many were due and how many actually arrived.
  • Greater predictability – the team can plan shifts and space with advance insight.

Example

For a selected date the view shows: “In transit: 24”, “Delivered: 10.” After the courier visit, it’s immediately clear if anything is missing, and a follow-up with the carrier can be initiated right away.
